Colombo Fort Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne today turned down a request made to present a secret document with regard to Sri Lanka’s Former Ambassador to the United States Jaliya Wickremasuriya who is on bail. The request had been made by Attorney at Law Shavindra Silva who is appearing on behalf of Wickremasuriya. The Magistrate said that
