Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva says that the stance of the SLFP about constitutional amendments has been clearly informed to Parliament.The Minister said this to media after a programme to brief SLFP members in Kandy. A group of people including Minister S.B. Dissanayake and Central Province Chief Minister Sarath Ekanayake were present on the occasion.
