The Ministry of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine claims that the heart surgery performed by a team of doctors at the Jaffna Teaching Hospital is another victory of the Sri Lanka Health Service. The heart surgery was performed on 27-year-old S. Rajasekaran a resident of Vavuniya. The surgery was carried out by a team of
