The Colombo Fort Magistrate has turned down a request made by Former Chairman of Litro Gas Company Shaleela Moonesinghe to travel abroad. He had appealed to visit Canada for two weeks. The Criminal Investigations Department arrested and indicted him in connection with the transfer of 1.1 million US Dollars from the far Eastern Bank of
