Mobile Service for public

The public servants have an opportunity to provide a maximum service


to the public through mobile services. Minister Basil Rajapaksa says that people and officials should make use this opportunity. Minister Basil Rajapaksa said that the success of the service would depend on the interest of the members of community based organizations and the public servants. He requested the members of the community based organizations to take maximum benefit from the public officials who would arrive for the mobile service. The people should be briefed about the knowledge, ability, financial resources and the services available. He said that a good opportunity has been provided for the officials to provide a better service to the public covering 39 Grama Seva Divisions within 39 days. The Minister mentioned this while taking part at the inauguration ceremony of the mobile service in the Uva Province. The inauguration ceremony took place in Diyatalawa. The mobile service expects to provide solutions for people’s problems including that are related to health, education and lands. The mobile service will be conducted covering all Divisional Secretariat areas of the Uva Province within next 39 days. A group of people including Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva, UVA Province Chief Minister Shashendra Rajapaksa and MP Uditha Lokubandara were present on the occasion.
