Light is now being shed on concealed information about the LTTE with the apprehension of three key tiger activists from Malaysia recently.
It is reported that these tiger terrorists are revealing about their past air capabilities. Sandralinga Raja Dushanthan and also called by the LTTE as Mullichelvam is a senior ranking member of the LTTE’s Air Tigers (Air Wing). He had been dedicated to strengthening the LTTE at a time when the LTTE’s Air Wing was at the research stage.
An Engineer by profession he was a close associate of Velupillai Prabhakaran. Dushanthan had been involved in all air activities of the LTTE since his first testing process. He possesses the capability of improving sling type small air craft to attack aircraft. Accordingly Sandalinga Raja Dushanthan has been identified as a powerful tiger cadre who played a key role in launching air attacks in several areas including Colombo.
It is reported that he had also revealed several vital information on the attacks that had been launched at several places in the South. It would be possible to release more information in this respect in the future.
