The Prime Minister yesterday tabled to the House a list of the super
security equipment and vehicles which were in the President's security section at the time he was removed from office and the list of vehicles and equipment in his possession now.

The security vehicles and equipment of the former President is as follows:
* Two bulletproof Benz cars with super security
* BMW bulletproof vehicle
* One Defender
* One double cab
* One Lancusher vehicle
* One HS 5030 Smith Detection X-ray machine
* One WP 200 Search Gate
* 2 Mine-Detectors
* 2 Explosive Detectors
* One Nonlinean Junction Detector
* One Optical Fiboscope
* One Multiple Search Meter Set
* 105 police officers (3 Deputy Inspectors Generals of Police, Chief Police Inspectors, Sergeants and
a woman police constable)
* 104 Army officers (14 armed officers, 89 holding various designations and a colonel)
* The official residence at Wijerama which is being used by Maithripala Sirisena now after President Maithripala Sirisena had taken up residence at former President Wijeytunga is expected to be
conferred on former President.
