The consideration of the fundamental rights petition claiming that damages will be inflicted to the environment with the construction of the hydropower plant in the Saptha Kanya mountain above the Laxapana waterfall has been adjourned until the 01st of March. The Supreme Court gave this ruling after the fundamental rights petition filed in this respect
