Fonseka to be sworn in as Minister of Law and Order
The internal sources of the government has reliably reported that after Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka is sworn in as a Member of Parliament he is to be made a cabinet minister and entrusted with the ministry of Law and Order.
Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka the Leader of the Democratic party is to be sworn in on the 09th instant as a Member of Parliament from the national list for
the vacancy created by the demise of the minister of lands MKDS Gunawardena.The secretary of the democratic party Senaka de Silva had confirmed that the position of Member of Parliament would be accepted by Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka.After President Maithripala Sirisena was appointed he had restored the civil rights and pension of General Sarath Fonseka and made him a Feld Marshal.
