Frontline Socialist Party Politburo member Kumar Gunaratnam has been further remanded. The Kegalla Acting Magistrate remanded him until the 15th of this month. Kumar Gunaratnam was taken into custody on the 04th of November last year on allegations of flouting immigration and immigration regulations. He was thereafter produced in the Kegalla Magistrate’s Court and remanded.
