President Maithripala Sirisena has directed the Health Ministry to airlift medicine as an immediate solution for the shortage of medicine at the Kidney Unit of the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital. Director General of Health Services Dr. Palitha Mahipala said that a shortage of only two to three medicines are there at present at the Anuradhapura Hospital.
