A special petition has been submitted to the Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of the Right to Information Bill which has been presented to Parliament. Two members of the IT Professionals Association have filed this Special Determination Petition. The Right to Information Bill was presented to Parliament for adoption on the 24th of this month.
