Minister Mahinda Amaraweera has assured permanent houses and land ownership to people of the Nayaru and Kokilai fisheries villages in Mullaitivu. During a visit to the area, the Minister said that action will be initiated to develop the Nanthikadal and Nayaru Lagoons as two lagoons this year. There are about 590 families in the Nayaru
