Many roads leading to the Kalutara town are flooded. As such our correspondent said that this has hampered transport. The operation of buses on certain routes has been limited. Many roads including the Kalutara-Keth-hena, Kalutara Heenatiyangala, Kalutara-Neboda and Kalutara-Horana roads are inundated. Many areas including Koholana, Serupita, Liyanagoda, Bolossagama and Thebuwana sub-towns are under water
