Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapaksa has revealed that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be participating in the International Wesak Festival to be held in May this year. The Minister made this disclosure addressing the second 2017 GA’s Conference in Colombo. The Minister said that the theme selected for this year is “the Journey for sustainable Peace.”
