Minister of Higher Education and Highways has called on University students to complete their education sans being caught up in conspiracies unleashed by certain elements. The Higher Education Minister said that some University students were boycotting classes over the SAITM Private University. He said that it was Mahinda Rajapaksa who launched this University in 2011.
