Minister of Petroleum Resources Development Arjuna Ranatunge has said that he has complained to the Criminal Investigations Department to hold an inquiry against those who are spreading false information that there is a fuel shortage in the country. The Minister emphasized that the law will be strictly enforced against those who are hoarding fuel stocks.
