The annual Poppy flower commemoration day organized by Sri Lanka ex-service men’s association was held under the patronage of Speaker Karu Jayasuriya. The commemoration took place near the war memorial at Viharamahadevi Park in Colombo. State Defence Minister Ruwan Wijewardena was present at the ceremony which commemorated the soldiers who sacrificed their lives since the
