Veteran artiste Francis Wanniarachchi has passed away. He died in Los Angeles in the United States after a long illness. He was 71. Francis Wanniarachchi had been serving for a long period as the head of the ITN Cultural Division. He had produced many programmes. Main among them were “Kalaa Rasaanga” and “Naada Sittham.” He
