Several motor accidents had been reported from various parts of the country. The Police said that most of these accidents had taken place mainly due to negligible driving without adhering to road regulations. One person was killed and another sustained serious injuries in an accident that happened in the Colombo D.R. Wijewardena Mawatha this morning.
