The owner of Perpetual Treasuries Arjun Aloysius and its Chief Executive Officer Kasun Palisena were arrested this morning by the CID. The two suspects were arrested according to instructions issued by the Attorney General to the CID. The Presidential Commission which looked into the Treasury Bond Issue has made the recommendations to the Attorney General.
