A commemorative currency note issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to mark Sri Lanka’s 70th Independence Anniversary was presented to President Maithripala Sirisena by Central Bank Governor Dr. Indrajith Cumaraswamy. The Central Bank said that this currency note will be in circulation from the 06th of this month.
