Minister Patalie Champika Ranawaka says that 4 main cities directly linked to the economic process, will come under a major development programme. The minister mentioned this when he called on the Maha Nayaka of Malwathu Chapter Most Venerable Tibbotuwawe Sri Sumangala Thera at the Malwathu Viharaya. The Minister explained the need to develop Colombo, Kurunegala,
