The Supreme Court has decided that the judicature amendment bill needs to be passed with a two third majority in parliament. The relevant order was convened to the Speaker. The Supreme Court determined that some sections of the relevant bill are inconsistent with the constitution. Hence it is required to obtain the two third majority
