The Colombo District Court has issued a restraining order against the strike staged by Health Trade Unions.
Colombo District Judge Pradeep Hettiarachchi issued the restraining order against the 48-hour strike launched by the Health Services Trade Union Alliance. He had given this ruling taking into consideration a petition filed by a patient receiving treatment at the Colombo National Hospital.
