A fire which broke out at a store at the Koswatte Junction in Talangama has been brought under control.
The Talangama Police said that the fire erupted at a scrap metal collection shop along Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha in the Koswatte Junction. The Fire Brigade Unit of the Kotte Municipal Council along with the Police and residents of the area managed to extinguish the flames. Police are conducting inquiries to determine the cause of fire.
