Applications for postal voting in the forthcoming Provincial Council polls will be accepted until the 10th of next month.
Information needed for registration can be obtained on contact number 1919.
Commissioner for Elections Mahinda Deshapriya said that applications for the Western and Southern Provincial Council polls will be entertained only until the 10th of next month.
The State Information Centre has provided facilities to secure the related information from contact number 1919 for Government officials who are engaged on election duty, School Principals and Security Forces members who are eligible to cast their vote by post. A request has been made to procure this information only from 3.00 to 7.00 p.m.
