Telecom equips to provide Wi- Fi Island wide
It is reported that the Sri Lanka Telecom has notified that they are making arrangements to provide Wi Fi internet facilities to
everyone island wide.In the notice issued it has been stated that technical assistance has been sought from Rooks Wireless and Alepo Companies and that they have signed agreements.
These companies will fix hotspots at various points in the island which will allow prospective internet users to but pre or post paid packages. In this connection the video below explains how the representatives of these companies are going to bring about the internet Wi Fi facilities.
