A sum of 210 million rupees had been paid as insurance cover to Sri Lankans who had left the country after being registered with the Foreign Employment Bureau. The Bureau said that the compensation paid on behalf of deaths was 300 million rupees. This compensation has been granted from January 2015 to May this year.
