Minister Rajitha Senaratne says, steps will be taken to provide blood testing machines to all hospitals with laboratory services. The Minister has instructed the officials to provide ‘stents’ free of charge to heart patients. Patients who are undergoing treatment at state hospitals will be banned from getting blood tests done at private hospitals from December.
