The 6.8 magnitude earthquake in Myanmar causes tremor in adjoining countries
The 6.8 magnitude earthquake that rocked the Myanmar city on the 24th had caused tremor to be felt in adjoining countries like Thailand,Bangladesh and in Bihar,Bengali and Asam areas in India too.
According to American geologists the magnitude of the earthquake has been 6.8 in magnitude.This earthquake had affected in Began city where tourists visit.The exact damage caused by it has not been estimated but it is reported that at least 20 people had been injured.
In the meantime in another earthquake of about 6 magnitude had resulted in 37 deaths.
However no Sri Lankan's are reported to have been affected.
