President Maithripala Sirisena has said that the mothers should take the lead in endowing to society a family free from intoxicants. The President made this reference at a function held in Galle. The Galle District Convention of the Mothers’ Health Social programme of the Southern Province was held under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena.
