The flats renovated at Dias Place and Hulftsdorf under the ‘Jana Sevana –Nagamu Purawara’ programme will be vested in the public tomorrow.
The renovation projects were carried out with the initiation of the Ministry of Construction, Engineering Services and Common Amenities under the guidance of President Mahinda Rajapaksa. The buildings were renovated at the expenditure of 2.39 million rupees. The housing projects in Hulftsdorf consist of 4 buildings and 95 houses. Three buildings consisting of 38 houses were included in the project carried out at Dias Place. In addition to the renovations, the water tanks are repaired, the landscape developed and sanitation facilities improved.
