The Colombo High Court has ordered to keep the three tiger suspects linked to the murder of former Chief of Army Intelligence Tuan Nizam Muthalif in detention until the hearing of the case is concluded.
Based on a request made by the State Counsel to grant more time to amend the charge sheets of the suspects, the Colombo High Court adjourned the hearings until the 26th of February. The Attorney General had filed this lawsuit against the suspects based on the allegations that they had aided and abetted the killing of Tuan Nizam Muthalif in Narahenpita, Colombo in the year 2005.
