Motion of no confidence against SC Judge Abrew
The cabinet media spokesman Minister of Health Rajitha Senaratne had told that there has been discussions among the Members of Parliament to bring about a motion of no confidence against the Supreme Court Judge Sarath de Abrew.
There had been allegations made against the Supreme Court Judge Sarath De Abrew on his assaulting a female domestic aid employed at his private house.
In this regard the Supreme Court Judge had received many allegations.It he is not resigning the only way to dispel him is through a motion of no confidence the media spokesman Minister Rajitha Senaratne had added.
