Minister Rajith Senaratne says that measures are in place to conduct blood tests at all Government Hospitals. The Health Ministry has banned blood tests of the patients at Government Hospitals, being conducted by the Private Sector from the 1st of January. The Ministry has taken steps to provide blood testing machines to all Government Hospitals.
