CSN Private Company has filed a writ petition challenging the initiatives taken by the Mass Media Ministry Secretary to suspend the transmission rights of the CSN Channel. This petition was taken up for hearing in the Appeals Court today. Both parties informed the Court that they expected to reach a settlement.
