Last Thursday President Maithripala Sirisena's brother Priyantha Sirisena was struck by an axe
resulting in fatal consequences and it had occured near a house and garage belonging to one Lakmal at Hathare Ela in Polonnaruwa.
Priyantha Sirisena after receiving an axe-blow on his head at about 7 in the evening because of the conflict, had collapsed near the wall. The video shows the place where the incident happened and the blood stains which resulted after Priyantha Sirisena fell down after receiving the blow dealt from the axe.
